This meal is perfect when you have friends over because it’s sophisticated enough to impress and easy enough that you don’t have to work hard to make it. I can’t get enough of these easy recipes. Plus, these roasted potatoes with garlic, herbs, and steak are absolutely amazing.
You know those days when you work late, still have to pick up the kids from activities, stop by the store to get milk, and then you remember that you forgot to plan dinner, and you didn’t take anything out of the fridge.
Then you remember that you made a dish a few weeks ago and really want to make it again. Steak with garlic and potatoes with herbs. It’s a simple dish, which requires only a small amount of work and tastes absolutely delicious.
It is the perfect meal to prepare these days. It’s fairly versatile, just as much as you want. I always add steamed pearl onions.
